Code of Conduct

Optima Factors, taking into account the current economic circumstances and in the context of the Arrears Resolution Process (ARP), which is established by the Code of Conduct under Law 4224/2013, is committed to helping its customers, who have been proven to deal with financial difficulties, to find a solution as regards the management of their non-performing loans.
 
The Code of Conduct is intended to enhance trust, mutual commitment and exchange of the required information between Optima Factors and its customers, in order for each party to be able to weigh the benefits and/or consequences of alternative solutions for non-performing loans with a view to selecting the most appropriate solution.
